Less than 10 minutes a day will do more for your back than anything else. These are simple yoga positions. The trick is to reverse the pressure on the lower back, just like an adjustable bed with your legs elevated, to flatten the lower back, and to release the muscle tension that contributes to back pain.
Please note: some of these positions can be too hard to do when you have a bad back, so go gently and stop at what feels right. When you're born, your back is completely straight, without the curves in your lower back and neck. Enjoy the re-set!

Natural latex isn't made in a lab. It's the milky sap of the rubber tree, tapped from the bark and whipped into foam without synthetic fillers.
Latex begins inside the seed of the Hevea brasiliensis tree. Its inner vessels produce a milky sap, a natural defense fluid the tree makes to seal wounds and protect itself. When the bark is gently tapped, the latex flows out and is collected.
The rubber tree is native to the Amazon Rainforest, where Indigenous communities harvested latex for thousands of years. In the late 1800s, seeds were carried to Southeast Asia, where vast plantations flourish today.
Synthetic latex is made from petrochemicals, usually styrene-butadiene rubber. It can look similar, but it lacks the elasticity, pressure relief and longevity of true botanical latex.
The cover is soft, breathable and free from synthetic fibers or chemical treatments. As a plant fiber, cotton wicks away moisture and keeps the surface feeling fresh all night.
Wool keeps you warm when it's cool and cool when it's warm, absorbing moisture without feeling damp. In a Wholepedic it replaces chemical flame retardants as a natural fire barrier.
